At Maanvita Healthcare, we asked a bold question: What if saving a life could be as simple as using a smartphone?
That question led us to a powerful partnership with Sunfox Technologies, the creators of a revolutionary handheld ECG device—portable, precise, and operable with just a smartphone. With this tool in hand and passion in our hearts, we began our mission Preventing deaths due to heart attacks.
We launched our journey in the rural heartlands of South India—home to over 65% of India’s population, many of whom lack access to basic healthcare. With high rates of undiagnosed heart conditions and minimal cardiac screening infrastructure, the need was urgent.
But we didn’t just bring technology. We brought empowerment.
We trained local volunteers—not doctors or nurses, but everyday people—to use these devices. With just a smartphone and basic training, they were able to perform ECGs and screen entire communities. From elders to working-age men and women, we began identifying early signs of cardiac risk—sometimes just in time to save a life.
Through our health camps, we’ve not only diagnosed conditions but sparked hope, proving that healthcare doesn’t have to be expensive to be effective. It just needs to be smart, accessible, and human-focused.
Our vision is bold, yet simple
To make heart healthcare accessible to anyone, anywhere—village or city, developed or developing.
